- IT Posts (Senior Project Associate): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or MCA with 3 years R&D experience, OR M.E./M.Tech with 2 years R&D experience.

- Ayurveda Posts: BAMS for Project Associate – I. For Senior Project Associate, BAMS with 3 years R&D experience OR MD (Ayurveda) with 2 years R&D experience.
- Unani Posts: BUMS from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Sowa Rigpa Posts: Bachelor’s degree in Sowa Rigpa medicine for Project Associate – I. For Senior Project Associate, Bachelor’s degree with 3 years R&D experience OR MD (Sowa Rigpa) with 2 years R&D experience.
