- Manager (HR): Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in HR management in SCBs, HFCs, NBFCs, AIFIs, or PSUs.
- Manager (Legal): Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience handling title investigation, property laws, SARFAESI, DRT, and recovery laws.
- DGM (CS): Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in Banks/AIFIs/PSUs/listed entities, having served as CS or Assistant CS.
