RITES Engineering Professionals Recruitment 2026: Eligibility
The required qualification and experience depend on the post.
DGM Posts
Candidates applying for DGM posts generally need a relevant engineering degree along with at least 11 years of post-qualification experience.
- DGM Design Engineer / Long-span Bridges: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
- DGM Railway Alignment Designer: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- DGM Geophysicist: Bachelor’s and master’s degree in Geophysics.
- DGM Tunnel Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
At least 8 years of relevant experience is required in the specified field for these posts.
Manager Posts
Manager posts require a relevant Bachelor’s Degree and, for some posts, a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering.
The minimum experience requirement is 5 years after the qualifying degree, including the specified relevant experience.
