State Bank of India PO Recruitment 2026: Selection Procedure
The SBI PO 2026 selection process consists of the following stages:
Phase-I: Preliminary Examination
- Online objective test.
- Candidates will be shortlisted category-wise for the Main Examination.
- No sectional cut-off in the Preliminary Examination.
Phase-II: Main Examination
- Objective Test (200 Marks)
- Descriptive Test (30 Marks)
- Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in each section and overall.
Phase-III: Psychometric Test, Group Exercise & Interview
- Psychometric Test for personality assessment.
- Group Exercise: 20 Marks.
